Kids Night Out: Amateur Astronauts

Blast off for an evening of space-themed fun at the Garden!

Kids ages 8–12 will explore what it takes to be an astronaut through hands-on activities, engineering challenges, games, and astronaut-inspired experiences. They’ll test their problem-solving skills with activities like an egg parachute challenge, explore astronaut equipment, sample astronaut food, and enjoy a night out at the Garden with other young space explorers.

This three-hour Kids Night Out is designed to be fun, active, and educational — giving kids a chance to learn more about space and astronauts while making some out-of-this-world memories.
