The Great McLean Turkey Trot

Start Thanksgiving morning with your McLean neighbors at The Great McLean Turkey Trot!

This is a Thanksgiving morning race all about family, friends, neighbors, and having fun. There’s no timing chip, no race bib, and no pressure to race the clock. Come run, walk, jog, or wobble your way through the neighborhood before you settle in for the big feast!

🏃‍♀️ Kids Mile — 8:00 AM

Kids ages 18 and under are invited to kick off the morning with a mile around the neighborhood. Grab your friends, get moving, and have some fun!

🦃 5K — 8:20 AM

The 5K will follow the same course as our last McLean race 3x mile loop in South Shore and is open to runners and walkers of all ages and abilities.

👗 COME IN COSTUME!

We want to see your best turkey-themed, Thanksgiving-themed, or just plain ridiculous race-day outfit!

We’ll award three very important honors:

🦃 The Gobble Award — Most Festive

🍗 The Golden Turkey — Most Creative

🥧 The Stuffing Award — Funniest Costume

Bring the whole family, invite your friends, put on your best Thanksgiving costume, and come earn your turkey before you eat it!
