This class is tailored to individuals aged 10 to 80. These dynamic sessions will focus on mastering boxing fundamentals and self-defense techniques, while pushing physical boundaries. Class sizes will range from a minimum of five to a maximum of 20 students. This empowering program is designed to transform your fitness journey and unlock your full potential. The great news is that this program is free. Please bring comfortable sportswear and, if you have them, boxing gloves.
Registration begins September 21 and will end October 30th. Space is limited!
