Bingocize® Nutrition Workshop
An 8-week health promotion program that combines the game of bingo with inclusive exercises for everyone!
Come play and meet new people while learning about nutrition!
The overall goals of Bingocize® are to help older adults and those with disabilities:
Improve and/or maintain mobility and independence
Learn and use health information focused on falls reduction, improved nutrition, and other health-related behaviors
Engage in social settings
Program Details: Classes are offered in person weekly for 8 weeks and led by a trained facilitator. Classes will take place on Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., running from September 10 through November 5 (there will be no class on September 17). Each class is designed for a small group to ensure a supportive and engaging environment.
This program is in partnership with the Harnett County Health Department.
