Explore the natural qualities of pure wool roving and a simple handheld tool, the barbed felting needle, to lock fibers together into layered, beautiful art pieces. Easy to learn, impressive to show off, incredibly soothing to create! This three-hour workshop is designed for beginners to wool craft, but all experience levels are welcome.
Jessica Kaufman earned her Masters degree in Craft Education, and teaches a wide variety of workshops in fibers and textiles, focusing mainly on dyeing, surface design, sewing, and knitting.
