Reconnect with yourself through guided art making and mindfulness practice in community. These quarterly sessions invite you to create, reflect, and restore using simple materials, meditative art processes, and seasonal themes. Whether you’re looking to decompress, unlock creativity, or process what you’ve been holding, each circle offers space to explore without pressure or judgment.
Led by local artists and healing arts facilitator Noureen Shaikh. Suitable for all skill levels. Ages 16 and up. All materials provided.
