The Winter Wonderland Subcommittee will meet at the PARKS AND
RECREATION BUILDING AT 608 VERDUN STREET to continue planning the Town
of Newport’s 2026 holiday season at Newport Community Park.
Discussion will include the Nov. 28 kickoff and tree lighting, the
Dec. 6 Christmas Parade, New Year's Eve Pig Drop, and synthetic ice
rink operations, entertainment, sponsorships, volunteers, decorations
and other event logistics.
