What happens when your yoga practice gets a soundtrack?
Sounds of the Spirit is a limited Friday night series where every class has a completely different musical personality, and a different instructor to bring it to life. This week will be featuring Classic Rock!
The music changes. The teacher changes. The energy changes. The intention stays the same: come to your mat, have some fun, and start your weekend in your body. This isn’t about perfect poses or taking your practice too seriously. It’s about turning up the music, moving in a way that feels good, and letting your practice be a little more playful.
Come for the music. Stay for the movement. Leave feeling like you.
