Health Education Leading to Prevention (HELP) Program - The third and fourth Wednesdays, 12 pm - 1 pm. In partnership with Shiloh Community Association, IFPHA, and Avery Health Education & Consulting LLC led by Kathey Avery, these classes focus on the self-management of chronic disease and diabetes as well as maintaining a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle.
