STEAM Club - Dunn

Calling all curious creators, innovative thinkers, and bold explorers! Step into the ultimate library lab where science, technology, engineering, art, and math collide in spectacular ways. Designed for kids ages 6–12, this high-energy program encourages thinkers of all ages to think outside the box, ask big questions, and use their imagination to solve real-world mysteries through hands-on experimentation.

This Month - Pumpkin Precision and Catapult Challenges: Get ready to launch into the world of engineering as we design and test our very own pumpkin catapults! This month, kids will explore the science of motion, force, and accuracy as they build catapults designed not only to launch, but to hit their targets. Through hands-on challenges, young engineers will experiment with angles, distance, and adjustments to improve their aim and precision. As they test and refine their designs, kids will discover how small changes can make a big difference in creating a successful launch system.

We supply all the materials—all you need to bring is your curiosity, your enthusiasm, and your imagination! Whether you are a science whiz, an art lover, or just love to figure out how things work, this is the perfect place to collaborate with new friends, test your wildest ideas, and embrace the fun of trial and error. Come ready to invent, experiment, and launch into an unforgettable afternoon!
